On May 24, the China-Latin America Private Economic Cooperation Forum was held in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The forum was hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, with the theme of "Hand in Hand, Creating a Common Future - Opportunities and Challenges of China-Latin America Private Economic Cooperation under the New Situation". Xu Lejiang, Executive Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Lv Yuyin, Vice Governor of Guangdong Provincial People's Government, Carlos Larrea, Ambassador of Ecuador to China, Xu Wei, Minister Counsellor of the Department of Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mera, Vice Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru, and Zhang Huanong, Chairman of Vision Battery, were invited to attend the event.

In the dialogue session, Zhang Huannong, Chairman of Vision Battery, Zeng Shaojun, Secretary General of the All-China Federation of New Energy Chambers of Commerce, Dennis, Consul General of Cuba in Guangzhou, Jonathan, Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Panama in China, Facundo Simón Fernández, Acting Consul General of the Consulate General of Uruguay in Guangzhou, Zhu Jingshi, Senior Vice President of Didi Dache, and Zhang Chuanwei, Chairman and CEO of MingYang Smart Energy Group Limited, discussed the topic of "New Opportunities and New Challenges for Green Energy Cooperation between China and Latin America".

Mr. Zhang Huannong, Chairman of Vision Battery, shared in the conference that the world is in the process of energy transition, and that China and Latin America have a broad prospect of cooperation in the field of new energy. Both sides can jointly carry out trade and economic activities such as research and development of renewable energy technologies, investment and cooperation, and especially collaborate with each other in the innovation of key technologies to jointly realize the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and promote the industry to a new journey of low-carbon and high-quality development.
